Branch Pickup Policy

In our commitment at Ghaya Pharmacies to provide the best and most flexible shopping experience, we offer you the "Pick Up from Branch" service for your online orders according to the following terms and times:

Service operating hours:

First/ Paid Orders:

* We are happy to serve you and receive your orders during the day from 10:00 am until 12:00 midnight.

* These dates apply to all orders paid via (credit cards / Mada / Tamara).

Second/ Cash requests:

We are happy to serve you and receive your orders throughout the day during official working hours.

⚙️ Receiving procedures

Upon arrival at the branch, please provide the pharmacist with the order number or mobile number registered with the order in order to receive your shipment easily and safely.

Note: Please make sure to come for pickup during the working hours specified above to ensure that the support team is available to serve you.
