1. What is Glovil and what are the indications for its use? The prescription drug Glofel is used to treat inability to have an erection sufficient for sexual activity. It should be noted that the sildenafil-based Gluvel pills used in Viagra and Vega pills work in a similar way to Tyra"s tadalafil-based pills. Glovil 20 has been proven effective in significantly improving erection and getting an erection suitable for sexual activity. Glovil improves the ability to have an erection. Glovil contains the active ingredient tadalafil, which belongs to the group of phosphorous-diesterase type 5 inhibitors. Precautions when using Gluvel Tadalafil Tablets: Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Gluvel tadalafil tablets. Attention should be paid to the possibility of risks in patients with heart disease when engaging in sexual activity due to increased stress on the heart. If you have heart problems you should tell your doctor. Tell your doctor before taking the tablets if you have: Sickle cell anemia (a defect in the red blood cells). Multiple myeloma (bone marrow cancer). Leukemia (cancer of the blood cells). Deformation of the penis. A serious liver problem. Severe kidney problem. The efficacy of Gluvel Tadalafil is unknown in patients who have been exposed to: Pelvic surgery. Removing part of the prostate or removing the entire prostate when the nerves to the prostate are cut (comprehensive surgery of the prostate). Other medicines that are used to treat high blood pressure. 5-alpha-reductase inhibitor (for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia). Medicines such as ketoconazole tablets (to treat fungal infections) and protease inhibitors that are used to treat AIDS or HIV. Phenobarbital, phenytoin and carbamazepine (epileptic medicines). rifampicin, erythromycin, clarithromycin or itraconazole- Other erectile dysfunction treatments. Taking Gluvel tablets with food and drink The effect of alcohol is mentioned in section 3. Grapefruit juice may affect the effectiveness of Glovill, so caution should be exercised when consuming it. Talk to your doctor for more information. Fertility: Decreased sperm development in the testicles of dogs has been reported. A decrease in sperm count has been observed in some men. These effects are unlikely to result in decreased fertility. Effect of Gluvel tablets on driving and using machines: Dizziness has been reported in some men when taking tadalafil. You must check the effect of the medicine on you before driving or using machines. Important information about some of the ingredients in Gluvel tablets: Glovil tablets contain lactose. Consult your doctor before taking this medicine if it tells you that you have an intolerance to some sugars. 3. What is the way to use the medicine Glovel? Take the medicine exactly as your doctor tells you to. If you are not sure, consult your doctor or pharmacy. Glovil tablets are for use by men only and are taken orally. Swallow the tablet whole with water. The medicine can be taken with or without food. The usual starting dose is 10 mg before sexual activity. However, your doctor may give you a single 20 mg tablet dose if 10 mg is not enough. You can take Gluvel tablets 30 minutes before sexual activity. Glovil may last up to 36 hours after taking the tablets. Do not take Glovil more than once a day. And 20 mg is intended to be taken before sexual activity is expected and is not recommended to be taken on a daily basis. It is important to realize that Glovil is ineffective in the absence of sexual stimulation. Drinking alcohol may affect your ability to have an erection and may temporarily lower your blood pressure. If you take or plan to take Gluvel, do not drink excessively (blood alcohol 0.08% or more) as this may increase the risk of dizziness when standing up. Overdose of Glovil: Talk to your doctor or pharmacy. You may experience the side effects listed in section 4. If you have any questions regarding the use of this medicine, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. 4. Possible side effects: Like other medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. If you have any of the following side effects, stop taking the medicine and seek medical attention immediately: Allergic reactions including rash (recurrence is uncommon). pain in chest- Do not use nitrates but seek immediate medical help (recurrence is uncommon). You may have a prolonged or painful erection after taking Gluvel (recurrences are rare). If this happens to you and you have it for 4 hours continuously, you should speak to your doctor immediately. Sudden loss of vision (recurrence is rare) The following side effects have been reported: Common (occurs in 1 to 10 out of every 100 patients)- Headache, back pain, muscle pain, pain in hands or legs, flushing of the face, nasal congestion, indigestion and reflux. Uncommon (occurs in 1 to 10 out of every 1,000 patients)- Dizziness, stomach pain, blurred vision, eye pain, increased sweating, difficulty breathing, bleeding from the penis, blood in semen or urine, feeling of heartbeat, fast heartbeat, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, nosebleeds Ringing in the ears. Rare (occurs in 1 to 10 out of every 10,000 patients)- Fainting, seizures and temporary memory loss, swelling of the eyelids, red eyes, sudden weakness or complete loss of hearing and urticaria (red spots on the surface of the skin that cause itching). Heart attacks and strokes have been reported rarely in men taking tadalafil. Most of these men had heart problems before taking this drug. Rarely, partial, temporary or permanent weakness or loss of vision in one or both eyes has been reported. The following additional side effects have also been reported rarely - Migraine headache, facial swelling, serious allergic reactions that may cause swelling in the face or throat, serious skin rashes, some disorders affecting blood flow to the eyes, irregular heartbeat, angina pectoris and sudden cardiac death. Dizziness and diarrhea have been reported more frequently in men over 75 years of age taking tadalafil. If you get any side effect, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
